    •  Personality:

    ◦  Positive: Valentine is a man that never fails his word, and always sticks to his promises. Fiercely loyal to the people he cares about. He will do anything to make them happy and is more overprotective than a dragon and it’s treasure, when his family/friends are threatened. Strong willed and determined, he never backs down from his own beliefs, and will see what he puts his mind to, through.

    ◦  Negative: Stubborn, he will not change his mind after it has been set, you’d have better luck trying to get a rock to sing. Is merciless, and cruel when he works, and will do anything to make sure a person does not come out of a fiasco alive. Quick temper, unbending, and quick to jump the gun, he’d rather beat the crap out of someone rather than ask questions/talk it out. 

    •  History:

    ◦       Valentine was born to a Noivern an Aerodactyl mother, who were employed by a wealthy man who was the head of a mafia group that specialized in illegal trafficking. As a young Pokémon, he trained along side his parents with a group of that used their abilities to kill other groups of people/families in underground affairs. These people, called the Snakes Den, would train even children to be just as they are, and to destroy their opponents on command. Valentine was only eight years old when his parents failed one of their missions, and perished to another groups hit men. With their passing, he was not even given the time to mourn as he was given a partner, Allie (Crobat), to be trained and work beside. Allie was far more soft hearted than her counterparts, and did her best to help train him deliberately and painfully in the eyes of others, but in reality was gentle to him. Without knowing good from bad, the Aerodactyl did as he was told, and was given rewards in doing things that were considered to be evil and terrible. Allie was the only one who held him gently, and spoke to him sweetly when he was not on duty. This made his life far more bearable than many of his fellows who were treated far more brutally.

    ◦       As the Aerodactyl grew older, the more of the outside world he began to see, the more jobs and missions were given to him and Allie. With her, he felt powerful and unbeatable, and the higher ups praised her on her abilities as well as his own. To him, pleasing Allie, and pleasing the very man who had brought her to him, was his highest priority, something he would rather die than corrupt. It did not matter to him what they did, that what they did was terrible. They stole, killed, and took from people that were not kind, from people that, in his eyes, deserved what was coming to them. If it was okay to Allie, there was no question, and he followed the order and grew quickly into what he was born to do. 

    ◦       His life was the same, after countless missions, and countless training hours, he and Allie were given a mission that was far different from the ones they were originally used to. Given the order to kill a child of an opposing faction’s family, the two arrived at a mansion that stood tall and ominous. Inside, they found the baby in its crib, and the job was simple, at least in theory. Allie ordered Valentine to do it, but just as his claw was about to slit the child’s neck, he froze, unable to give away the last part of his humanity. In his hesitation, and through their bickering, the guards of the mansion stormed into the room, and through the baby’s cries, gunfire echoed, the girl was killed within seconds. Valentine escaped, and left her body behind.

    ◦       Valentine has no home, or place to return to. Now a mercenary with a high price, he lives a cushy life as he sees fit, forgetting the past and forgetting the man he used to work for. On the island/hotel, he is in town for a woman who has commissioned many targets, thus ensuring that Valentine will be around, for a while.
